Blogger Recognition Award

Hey Blogger Babes, I just wanna start this out saying how much I am absolutely in love with this community.  I have been blogging for less than a month and can say that I have received so much love and positive support its mind blowing. So this post is for you guys, my tribe and community of very creative and intelligent, self starting and motivating bloggers.

I had the honour of nominated by the ever so lovely ThisDarlingAdventure who’s blog is filled with so much adventure, meaningful advice and seriously amazing DYI’s. This nomination totally made my day, so I wanted to keep it going by participating myself.

How I started my Blog:

After a year of good changes in 2016, I decided to start my new year off right (and write haha). 

I wanted to actualize the life I want to have for myself, and starting a blog was always something that I had wanted to do. At first I was intimated but slowly gained self confidence in my voice and wrote my first post, after that I was instantly hooked. I am Traveller, Vegan Foodie and an Optimist, I love that this blog is filled with a message I am proud to put out to the world and will continue doing so and hopefully have some success in the future.

My advice for New Bloggers:

I love this, most of my blog post are motivating tidbits to get people where they want to be in life.

Be consistent with posting on your blog and the community, it will really help you in the long run. You will get more feedback if you are activitly participating and commenting on other bloggers post. Hold yourself personally accountable if you want to grow your blog, WordPress is great for this they give you stats and notifications when there is activity on your blog. You can set goals for yourself based on this type of feedback (ex. Buying domain when reached 200 followers). Blogging is also completely cathartic, you really are immortalizing your message on the worldwide web.
